Procurve 2510 can't ping

Hello!

I have some questions:

1. I can ping switch from the same network but i can't ping it from outside. The ip address is public
2. I can ping it only from unix systems. When i'm trying ping it from windows there is only one respond and thats all.

Ok i handle it :) it wasn't problem of switch.
