Procurve 2520-24G-PoE "losing" (not showing) configuration
We have several (>20) 2520-24G's, which all exhibit the following behaviour: after some uptime (~24 h) they stop displaying their configuration through CLI:
sw1-203b# show running-config
Running configuration:
; J9299A Configuration Editor; Created on release #J.14.54
sw1-203b# show config
Startup configuration:
; J9299A Configuration Editor; Created on release #J.14.54
The switches seem to be working OK and most pther show-command perform as expected. As you can see, we have the latest and greates software in the switches (the older version (J.14.01) worked OK in this respect, but had a painfully slow response over SSH. I have no taken to rebooting the switch every time something needs to be changed, as can't be sure, what would happen, if I changed and saved the config. Is there a work-around for this glitch?

Re: Procurve 2520-24G-PoE "losing" (not showing) configuration
Same here, we have 10 switches which all have the same symptoms. (firmware 14.54)
Also the GUI gives only java errors. in all browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox)
After a reboot the switch functions normal, and the config is restored.
Does anybody have a solution for this problem.
Thnx

Re: Procurve 2520-24G-PoE "losing" (not showing) configuration
Same here. We have 3 of these switches with firmware 14.54. Exactly as described - seems to work OK but does not show the running config. Re-booting the switch sorts it, but after 24 hours or so, the config will not be displayed again.
