Procurve 4200 QOS Configuration

I'm configuring a Procurve 4200 for QOS. It's predominantly HTTP Traffic. Is there a base document from HP that discusses QOS and the commands used?

Also, Can I configure a range of ports for QOS or do I need to do these on a port by port basis?
