Procurve L3 routers

1. Does HP Procurve have any "pure" L3 routers (except the 7000dl) or are all products L2 switches (some with L3 routing support)?

2. If I want a Procurve device that should do L3 routing for, say, 1000 users, which models would be suitable, i.e. routing performance?
