Procurve Manager

Hi,
I have a little problem. I try to download Procurve Manager from HP site but it seems the link is down. Or I just get a 35bytes files.
Where can i download this tool ?

ProCurve Manager (aka PCM) may be on the CD-ROM that comes with new HP switches.
