In fact, if you find it on mib browser first (see screen shot); you can see how the argument is structured from the properties:

MIB|Name.0 x ---> HP-ICF-BASIC|hpicfReset.0 2

x is the variable

Thanks. I think my MIB files are in a bit of a mess so I'll try clearing out all the old ones and try again.
When you said "using mib browser under the tools menu by searching for 'hpicfReset'", I assume you meant a manual search?

In SNMPc;

1. Highlight the object you want see mibs for.
2. Click tools > mib browser
3. In the dialgouge, type in the search string
4. Click next

That's how I found it. Then just did the steps I mentioned before.
