SAN Switch port led is Orange

Hi all,

We have a Blade Server BL45 G2 with one FC HBA adapter Qlogic 2312. OS is windows server 2008 64 bit. Two fiber cables are going from the server to two Brocade SAN switch. The Led on both Switch for that port are orange steady. I can't continue from there. Is there any hint?
