SNMP OIDs required
Hi all-
I'm trying to get SCOM to monitor port utilisation on our core switches (of which there are 3). I only require one port per switch to be monitored.
For this, I need OIDs. I can calculate throughput and set up thresholds with SCOM, I just need the raw data.
Has anybody seen an OID database for ProCurve switches? I've tried searching through a MIB, but there's so much data I can't find what I'm after.
Any OIDs to do with port throughput is what I'm after.
Kind Regards
Steve

Re: SNMP OIDs required
Hi Steve
Unfortunately there is no MIB reference for the switches. Which OIDs to use depends on your switch model. Support should be able to provide you the OIDs for your device.

Re: SNMP OIDs required
Hi Arimo
Thanks for your response. I will try another call to support as the tech I spoke to didn't seem to understand what I was asking!
Cheers
