SNMP Write Mem operation

I haven't found an answer to this question in the forums or in searching google... how do I issue a "write mem" using SNMP? Whats the OID?

We are able to provision our users using SNMP, now we need to save the changes to startup-config.

AFAIK, most of the SNMP set operations will also automatically effect the same changes as a "write mem" would do at the end of the operation i.e the SNMP set would get commited to the startup config.

Yep, I didn't even check to see if the changes were stored automatically.
