Segment w.x.y.z_port_26 has stopped receiving EASE trap pdus.

Just installed Procurve 1.6 and getting lots of the Traffic Manager messages

"Segment w.x.y.z_port_26 has stopped receiving EASE trap pdus. Segment marked down"

Anybody got an idea what they mean? All the other traffic monitoring stuff looks normal.
