Setting up OBSurfer program requires the monitoring port setup

I purchased the OBSurfer Pro internet monitoring software however, it requires that the monitoring port on the switch be set. I set the desired port and the program still does not show any activity from the other ports? Does the monitor port not show what's happening on all ports? Has anyone set this up before?

- What switch do you have ?
- Did you monitor a full Vlan? of only a particular port ?

- Do you to monitor a full Vlan? or only a particular port ?
