I have seven J4093A ( HP ProCurve Switch 2424M ) which I wish to "stack". I have purchased ( 3 x ) the HP ProCurve Switch - Gigabit Stacking Kit - which comprises of two transceivers and a cable - is this the correct part. If so, I seem to be missing the frame / module on which these transceivers should be mounted and then inserted into the 2424M module slot. Can someone please advise what I need to get this working?

Solution
Hi Gurd,
The Gigabit Stacking Kit is the correct part but you are indeed missing the module.
If you want to stack all 7 switches you would need:
7* J4130A Stacking Module (Obsolete)
6* J4116A Stackingkit
I hope you can find the StackingModules, they are obsolete.
Best Regards,
SCOOTER
