Static ARP on Procurve Switches

We are planning the installation of an active/active firewall on our network (WatchGuard).
The installation guide states the we need to setup a static arp entry on the switch the cluster is connected to.
Is there any way to do this on a 2824?
Also, do we really need to do it?

I don't think you can do it on a 2824

You can try increasing mac-age and arp-age values though. But that might not be a proper solution.
