Still the old host route table

Hi
Anybody know if it is possible to retrieve the number of host route entries thru snmp.
Have trouble finding the oid.
I have found it for my 9315 machine, but it is a foundry and the oid here is
iso.org.dod.internet.private.enterprises.11.2.3.7.11.12.2.2.1.14.0

But i can not find a entry in the 5300 that is ipforwarding cache or host route table when looking thru hp┬┤s oid information.

Re: Still the old host route table

You've got me this time Peter.. I can't find any OID for this either. I'll dig around a bit more though.

Just out of interest, did you end up finding out what the maximum hardware host route entries for the 9300 series is?

Re: Still the old host route table

Think I answered my question on the 9300. Since it's CAM based it will depend on what modules you have installed, and if you have configured the CAM partitions differently amongst other things.

Re: Still the old host route table

The 9300 has a default limit of 140.000 but you can set that to maximum 400.000.
And on the 9300 you can use the above oid.
