Switch Problem

Hi

We have a few switches that have 802.1 enable, there are multiple vlans setup for different services. We are trying to add a Wireless AP to the network and want to disable 802.1x on specific ports, I can add the port to the vlan untagged which isn't a problem, the problem is the mode is 802.1x not untagged when I do a show vlans, I need to remove this mode asap

In that case you need to turn off 802.1x authentication on the port by:

cli:

no aaa port-access authenticator [portnumber]

I believe it's above command

I had tried almost every combination but must have missed that one.

that has removed the 802.1x mode.

I still cannot see the access point from the management device tho,

any ideas
