Re: Syslog Messages Question

Hi

Would you attach the config of one of these switches like the 5400 after removing any sensitive information.

Re: Syslog Messages Question

Look for a cisco router/switch in your network. Mostly those are the ones who are doing a tftp config file broadcast.

Re: Syslog Messages Question

forgot the fix. if it is a cisco.

Enter the "no service config" command to disable the autoloading of configuration files

Then write to memory and copy running-config to startup-config and you should be good to go.

Re: Syslog Messages Question

Hi

I don't see any logging host configured on the attached configuration,
so i don't think its the Procurve switch is sending these syslog messages.

Whats your Syslog software you are using?

Also previous post by Evert makes sense to me.

Good Luck !!!
