Syslog Messages Question
Keep getting strange error message-
W 01/16/08 15:33:45 00134 tftp: SENT error:1, msg: File not found
W 01/16/08 15:35:00 00134 tftp: SENT error:1, msg: File not found
W 01/16/08 15:35:27 00134 tftp: SENT error:1, msg: File not found
W 01/16/08 15:35:38 00134 tftp: SENT error:1, msg: File not found
W 01/16/08 15:35:58 00134 tftp: SENT error:1, msg: File not found
IWhat are these and how do I stop them ?

Would you attach the config of one of these switches like the 5400 after removing any sensitive information.

Enter the "no service config" command to disable the autoloading of configuration files
Then write to memory and copy running-config to startup-config and you should be good to go.

I don't see any logging host configured on the attached configuration,
so i don't think its the Procurve switch is sending these syslog messages.
Whats your Syslog software you are using?
Also previous post by Evert makes sense to me.
