System reboot due to Reset Switch
We had a 5406zl running K.14.60 start
repeatedly rebooting with:
"System reboot due to Reset Switch"
(all by itself). We replaced the chassis,
the module, and one (of two) power supplies,
and it kept doing it. We reverted to
K.13.71, and it is OK now. Never tried
swapping the remaining power supply.
We don't have a case open yet, just wondering
if anyone has seen this.
Then later in the day, we manually rebooted
a different 5406zl, and it started in the
loop of rebooting over and over again
with the same message.
Both switches had been up for months. No
recent config or h/w changes.

Re: System reboot due to Reset Switch
Hi Bruce,
On last September I had the same damn problem when I upgraded the IOS's Switch.
I was following all the steps (you know.. K.12.62 -> K.13.49 and finally K.14.60) and I found the same message that you.. the fucking "System reboot due to Reset Switch".
At the time I opened a case and they recommended me to install the K.14.65 (which at that time wasn't on the HP website) and magically it solved.
Try to installing the K.14.65 instead of K.14.60 and reboot your Switch ( once again :) ).
Just in case, let K.13.71 on Secondary Image.
Good Luck and greetings from Spain.
Mariano.
