Terminal session access fails

Are you using a laptop or PC with an onboard Serial port or a USB-to-Serial port adapter.

Using a pc with usb to serial connector.
Have swapped cables and used a laptop as well.

As said, this used to work before. Same setup, using the same Putty session. One thing I noticed is that all of a sudden when connecting to the console, no keyboard input is accepted.

;( which explains I hitting "enter" twice doesn't make a difference......

log a call for warranty. probably the quickest way.

Did that yesterday - device will be replaced on MOnday.

Hardware fault. Will be replaced under warranty.
