Troubles with traceroute in Switch HP 5500g

Greetings

 

I have a switch 5500g, it's my core switch and it works very goog, but whe i make a tracert from any user of my network when the tracert pass for the switch the answer is * * * and go to the next hop, i look for a ACL into the configuration of the switch but there isn't any acl that block the tracert.

 

If somebody can help me to resolve this trouble, i will thank so much

Try to enable from system-view

 

ip ttl-expires enable

ip unreachables enable
