Trunk question
HP 5406zl switch
I have a device with 2 nics, we were able to create a virtual mac address and one IP. I guess I need to create a trunk in the switch so that the 2 ports create a static etherchannel. Does anyone have some tips on how to configure this? Any preference on LACP vs Trunk?
Thanks!

Re: Trunk question
hi
LACP
802.1ad standart base link aggregation protocol for several physical port together to from singe logical chanel
config#turnk A1,A2 trk1 lacp
Hp Trunk protocol non standar hp special
config#trunk A1,A2 trk1 trunk
you make direct connect your server nic's on 5400 switch (no need config) and you look commad on switch
procurve switch create dynamic trunk for team or nlb operation
cenk
