UPlink from 4108g module (J4908a) to 4108g (J4863A)
When I try to connect cat5 X-over from a port in the J4908A 20 port 10/100/1000 to another 4108g with a J4863A 6 port 10/100/1000.
To create an uplink the connection fails.
Both prots work if connected to a server.
Both ports are set to Auto.
If I use a 100fx port on the switch connected to the 20 port 10/100/1000 I get a 100Mb uplink
S/w is vewr 7.50

Re: UPlink from 4108g module (J4908a) to 4108g (J4863A)
I would expect the ports to support Auto-MDIX so a straight-through jumper should be used instead of a crossover. Personally, I would use certified CAT6 jumpers.
