USB Keyboard not working on HP PC connected to IP Phone

Strange problem when we connect PC to Cisco IP phone 7940, USB on PC doesnt work!!!. Any ideas?

Could if have something to do with an IRQ conflict?
Check under device manager,USB serial bus controllers when you have this problem and look for conflicts.
Those who say it can not be done, should not interrupt those who are doing it.
