Unable to get a PCM licence...

I tryed to get a valid licence for my PCM software, but the email address that was on my old HP profile isn't the good one anymore, and now, i'm unable to re-register the same Identifier...

how can i do it ?

Hi Florent,

As I understand you cannot get into your old PCM profile and you have created a new one, right?

Just contact HP support and they will change your emailaddress so you can go to the login page and request your password for your account via email.

Or second option is to get HP support delete the PCM registration so you can register your installer ID with your new profile.
