Voice Recording via port Mirroring

Hi All,

 

Has anyone experienced issue of configuring port mirroring for voice recording server. I have configured successfully and can see logs via Wireshark but unfortunately when same cable trying to connect with server, application does not respond.

However same application is perfectly working fine with 3COM switch. Configuration on both switch do not have any typicality because its working with default VLAN with single enable port for mirror.

 

Switch model number is 2910al PoE 48 ports.

 

Any help would be grateful.
