Want to change native vlan of cisco 3020 switch with enclosure

Hi,

Can anyone help regarding the following issues :

One of our client buy some Blade Server. In the enclosure there is a switch (CISCO 3020). Client want to change the native vlan id from 1 to 7. Is there any impact on the server communication if they change the switches vlan id to 7?

As long as they treat the server interfaces (g0/1-16) as edge ports and configure the VLAN(s) that will support the servers appropriatly, they should be able to change the native VLAN without trouble. There is an internal fast ethernet port (fe0) that is hardwired to the Onboard Administrator. They'll need to keep this in mind depending on how they want to manage the switch from the network.
