Web-Authentication and RADIUS server
Good day everybody
I have problem with my HP ProCurve 3500.
I had configured radius server in the switch as following :
radius-server host 10.10.10.2 key "123456789"
aaa authentication login privilege-mode
aaa authentication telnet login radius local
aaa authentication web login radius local
aaa authentication ssh login radius local
And I have a manager password тАЬlocal adminтАЭ
When I tried to login to the web interface, the local admin override the radius server. And I have to enter the manger password so I can configure the switch through the web interface.
in other way the local admin becomes priority number for the switch just in the web.
however, in telnet session, the radius account has the priority.
Thanks

Re: Web-Authentication and RADIUS server
Web base login in K** firmware has many defects.
After checking that the switch can actually authenticate against the RADIUS server (if it can't it'll failover to local auth), please log a defect with ProCurve support.
