Win ME modem driver for Askey 1456VQL1Q-2(INT)

Where can I get a Win ME driver for this modem?
I've tried the Win98SE driver but it refuses to install. Please reply soon.

You cannot just uninstall and re-install, you have to say new modem, then choose this driver.

If 98se doesn't work try the 2k driver :

There doesn't seem to be a specific Me driver.
