changing passwords with pcm

I `ve tried to change password for a group of switches but Pcm is giving me an error.below is the error givin with cli wizard
Starting...
< 10.xx.xx.107=""> Successful

< password="" manag="" user-name="" xxxxxxx="" failed="">

CLI Timeout: Read timed out

any idea how to solve this ?

The switches expect the password after the command, and after that an enter. This isn't possible with the CLI wizard.

If you have PCM 2.0, there is a policy that does exactly what you want.
Go to the tab "Policies" and select "Device Management: Communication Parameters".
You'll get a wizard interface where you can set new CLI and SNMP parameters, including the passwords which you want to change.
You can choose groups for applying it to multiple switches offcourse.

i have downloaded an evaluation copy of pcm plus 2,
now another problem is occuring.
Im giving the device a new mgr pass ,but when i check if it works no passwords are in place on the device.even the one allready configured is deleted .

any idea ?
