is there any console switches available that works like a kvm, for example, 4 server link to a console using the console switch

Do you mean a serial switch that can connect one COM port to several switch console serial ports? That would be a basic serial type printer switch.

Not sure why you would want to do it that way and not just telnet or ssh to them. Are you looking for an out-of-band connection to a bunch of switches that are within cabling range?
