dl7201 and shaping

is it possible to shape traffic on eth0/1.111 (vlan 111) interface? I played with bandwidth option but whith no visible changes to traffic flow.

The bandwidth command is only used for calculations used by OSPF and QoS etc.
What you would want is the "traffic-shape" command. This is only supported on the physical interface, not VLAN sub-interface.
Example:
int eth 0/2
traffic-shape rate xxxx

This command is not available under:
eth 0/2.111
