hp cisco mds 9124 fabric manager license

Hi,

We are planing on getting 4 mds 9124 ( 2 with 24 ports and 2 with 16 ports activated ).

2 switches of same bundle will be per site.

Would it be ok to get 1 fab mngr license per site per switch. Will zoning we do thru one switch with fab license on one switch automaticaly be transfered to the other switch that is on same site next toit even though it does not have fab mngr license?
