hp2626(J4900A) and new firmware

When I try to upgrade firmware I see strange message:
hqsw01# copy tftp flash 192.168.0.62 H_10_38.swi secondary
The Secondary OS Image will be deleted, continue [y/n]? y
00000K Corrupted download file.

tftp is working OK. Other network appliances have upgraded just fine.
May it be because I try to upgrade very old soft? I'm lost.
