hi ,
someone pl help me with my querry how to access ios and how to access catos in 4006 catalyst switch.both the ios are running on the switch.

Plug a console cable as usual, connect at 9600 speed thru hyperterminal or minicom, then pres enter.
You are in. En and conf t as usual thenafter.
