ip console switch disply problem

Recently we install IP console switch 3x1x16
Serial no:520274-008453-0000.
problem is this local disply of 16 servers is very fine but when we remotly want to access thos servers throu IP CONSOLE VIEWER disply recive without resulution just like without VGA driver version of sotware 03.00.01.
and slow perfomance.
