ip console switch not work with computer are mounting via AT keyboard

I have five computers whom connected to ip console switch via ps/2 interface adapter.
But only one (very old computer) still with AT keyboard connector.And it connected to ps/2 interface adapter using AT to PS/2 connector.
when i switch to it computer using local KVM, video signal work normally, but keyboard not work.

tell me pls.
is it normally situation?
if not, what i must do?

Any ideas.

processor - Intel pentium 100
RAM- 4*Acorp SIMM 8Mb
Video - unknown ISA
OS - FreeBSD

Hmmmm... i remember "back-in-the-day" (long ago) running into similar situations with these type adapters and certain keyboards. I usually swapped items until I got it to work (swapped adapters/keyboards/switch ports). I dont know beyond this...
