issue on accessing the HP GbE2c Ethernet Blade Switch management webpage

I'm having a issue on accessing  the HP GbE2c Ethernet Blade Switch management webpage. When i plugged my laptop directly into the HP GbE2c Ethernet Blade Switch management port, i can browse the management web page of blade switch. But when i connected HP GbE2c Ethernet Blade Switch management port to HP A7510 switch i can't access the management webpage. I need a quick response. What can be the issue???? Someone please help me to resolve this issue.
