lost packets on new HPE 1950 12XGT J295H

hello,

I just unpacked 2 switches HP 1950 XGT.

I plug them into my LAN, they get an IP address via DHCP.

I connect well to the web interface to configure them but I constantly lose packets and I am therefore constantly disconnected.

Unable to configure switches. I tried to connect a pc directly but I have the same problem of packet loss. Unable to upgrade firmware via web interface due to connection loss.

Hi! instead of just connecting them directly to your existing LAN...did you tried to configure both through theirs (Serial) Console port? just to check theirs configurations and to understand if there is a reason for your issue.

Yes i tried.

I also reset the switch with the factory configuration via the console port. But without effects ...

I also thought about a port alignment problem but that is not it either.

finally i managed to upgrade the firmware via the console port and the problem disappeared.
