no radius for web-interface on HP Procurve 4100 gl

Seems like it is not possible to use the web-interface on 4100gl (same for the 2500) switches with radius authentication. Not even the commands are offered when I am configuring on the CLI (aaa authentication web...).
Also I cannot use the "aaa authentication login ..."- command, so I have to login twice to be in the enable mode.
I have the current firmware.

Yes, it isn't possible unfortunately. The 4100's are getting on in years and I doubt we'll see these enhancements ever reach it. I'm guessing we'll only see bug fixes from now on.
