problems between 720wl and 760wl

I´ve a 760wl access control server with 8 ports for access points and a 720wl access controller also with 8 ports for access points. My problem is:
When i try to authenticate from an access point connected in the 760wl the process is ok but when i try to authenticate from an access point connected in the 720wl i can't .
Any ideas?
