procurve 2650 vlan issue and internet issue

ISA server is not on one of the VLANS. Our regular network is 192.168.x(0-3).x with a 252 mask. We bought the procurve so we could have our other buildings on vlans for monitoring and security purposes.we are in the process of redisigning our network and desided to go with 10.10 because I don't like using 192. I will try suggestions this morning thank you.

Update..all clients right now are on 192.168.2 and 192.168.3 for dhcp. static devices including ISA are on 192.168.0 and 192.168.1 ...DHCP server is on .0 and router to internet is on .1

ok heres the latest, found a hub in between some switches and removed it. was noticing alot of collisions. come in monday morning and could browse fine. come in tuesday and could browse but found that i have problems getting to some links off of main pages. I can hit the same links on clients that are not going throuhh the vlan. Seems like dns issue going through the procurve. any thoughts
