procurve 5406 sntp windows 2008

i cannot get my procurves to time sync with w2k8 DC.  I have run the program internettime and that will pull from a client and get the time from my DC.  I know my server is gving times oout from the itnernettime program.  The firewall is disabled in the server and thye are on the saem subnet.  i have aslo tried broadcast mode.  Any help?

Can you give us the config of the switch.. and which firmware it ist running?

 

K.14.something.. had a problem with sntp and the sntp security..which was solved later with K14.72 or something..
