"Corporate" E-mail addresses required for warranty support?
Is anyone else experiencing poor warranty support because you don't have a "corporate" e-mail address? The reps keep telling me my gmail account, which is what I use to conduct business, is a "public domain" email and they can't further my support request.
The warranty on my switch says it's valid until the year 2100, but they're putting up roadblocks to prevent me from getting a switch replacement (high pitched whine). They want a receipt (understandable), but the thermal receipt is all faded/record lost.
Can anybody give me insight on this?
Thanks!

Re: "Corporate" E-mail addresses required for warranty support?
Hi,
You need to log a case with them. They will ask some information like SAID number or serial number of the device.
Kindly use Country Support Numbers by using below link:

Thanks!
