set trap-receiver on switch
Hi,
I am looking to configure a management station as a trap-receiver on the HP switches.
The same can be set using "snmp-server" for switches providing command-line interface.
But, I did like to configure the trap-receiver using HP MIB. Which MIB needs to be used ?
Please specify the command to be used on the switch-shell.
Awaiting response.
Regards,
Nameesh.

Re: set trap-receiver on switch
Hi Nameesh,
Which model are you talking about?
Are you asking for the OID of where to set the snmp-trap server IP address?

If a problem can be fixed, there's nothing to worry. If a problem can't be fixed, worrying ain't gonna help. Bottom line: don't worry.
