untagging a port on procurve 1700series

Hi
I'm really newbie in HP . I have some experience in network but i cannot find my self a solution
I have a procurve 1700 and network device conectd to port 4 . Network device is on vlan20 and cannot be changed . I need to untagged somehow that and access device

any idea or link where i can look for solution
