vlan isolation on 1800-24 switches

Hello,

I'am trying to isolate vlans on multiple 1800-24g switches. We have some appliances that are doing broadcasts, one is connected in the main closet and then one in each remote closet. Soa total of 3. there is a 2600 router that has two faster ethernet connections into one of the 1800-24G switches in the main closet. One interface is untagged for vlan 1 and the other is untagged for vlan 10. All traffic for these appliances should only travel on vlan 10. The appliances in each closet are untagged for vlan 10 on the port but all switch ports recieve the broadcasts from those appliances, even those on vlan 1. What exactly needs to be configured to truly isolate the vlans?
