vlan trunking
if i want to trunk between 2 switches
Switch 1
VLAN 1 Default Vlan
VLAN 2 Data Vlan
VLAN 20 Phone Vlan
Switch 2
VLAN 1 Default VLAN
VLAN 2 Data VLAN
VLAN 20 Phone VLan
On the trunk groups on both switches should the data and phone vlan be tagged on the trunk and the default be untagged on the trunk?

Re: vlan trunking
Either all 3 can be tagged, or one VLAN can be untagged and the other two tagged.
My preference is to leave the default VLAN untagged but that's just me.

Re: vlan trunking
Hi,
In sw1 & Sw2 spcify data and phone vlans one or two ports for trunk
you can do like this way:-
vlan 2
tagged A1-A2
untagged A3-etc
vlan 20
tagged A1-A2
untagged A3-etc
in the default vlan there is no need of any trunks.
