3COM baseline 2250 Plus 48 port

Hi I recently removed this switch from another network and now I have now idea what the ip of the unit is or how to connect and reconfigure it. The easiest way would be to use the Discovery application, but Can't find the CD which is described in the manual.

Can anyone provide me with a download link for this software or a way i can establsih what address its using i have tried the work out its address from its mac address but doesnt connect for me??
