3Com 4210 52 port console config help needed

I am attempting to access a 4210 52 port switch via console from a server running CentOS using minicom and am having difficulty.

My minicom settings are

    │ A -    Serial Device      : /dev/ttyS0                              
    │ B - Lockfile Location     : /var/lock                               
    │ C -   Callin Program      :                                         
    │ D -  Callout Program      :                                         
    │ E -    Bps/Par/Bits       : 9600 8N1                                
    │ F - Hardware Flow Control : No                                      
    │ G - Software Flow Control : No

All I am getting when I connect is garbled ?..?....?.?

Hi,

3Com switches are usually 19200 baud, try that.
