Basic LAN configuration

Hello,

Please I want to check this configuration before applying it in production:
I have a LAN with 4 VLANs:
- vlan 10 mgmt [192.168.10.0/24]
- vlan data 20 [192.168.100.0/24] DG : [192.168.100.1] WAN1
- vlan video 30 [192.168.1.0/24] DG : [192.168.1.1] WAN2
- VoIP vlan 40 [192.168.40.0/24] No internet Access

I have 2 switches:
- JL385A 24 PoE ports
- JL381A 24 ports

My configuration:
-> HP JL385A:
* vlan 10: mgmt untagged : ports 1-24
* vlan 20: data untagged : ports 1-12 [12 access points]
* vlan 30: video untagged : ports 13-18 [surveillance cameras]
* vlan 40: VoIP untagged : ports 19-23 [IP phones]
** Port 24 trunk tagged vlan 20/30/40 untagged vlan 10 [link with JL380A]

-> HP JL381A:
* vlan 10: mgmt untagged : ports 1-24
* vlan 20: data untagged : ports 1-12 [port 12 connected to router wan1: gateway 192.168.100.1]
* vlan 30: video untagged : ports 13-20 [port 20 connected to router wan2: gateway 192.168.1.1]
* vlan 40: voip untagged : ports 21-23 [No WAN access]
** Port 24 trunk tagged vlan 20/30/40 untagged vlan 10 [link with JL385A]

I'm waiting for your suggestions.
Thank You.

Re: Basic LAN configuration

Hi,

This seems fine.

Can you apply and revert with output?

Thanks!

Re: Basic LAN configuration

Yes, akg7 Your anser was helpful.

Only one thing is that VLAN 10 is assined to only one port in each switch for management not in all ports.

Thank You again akg7!
